What happens if item is damaged during shipment?

We will replace your item at no cost to you. Please send us photos of the damaged item, as this helps us work with the shipping carrier to prevent future damages.

What happens if my design arrives with the incorrect information? (Wrong personalization details, wrong proof printed, etc.)

If it is our mistake (we incorrectly used the information you provided), we will remake your design and replace it at no cost to you. If the mistake is yours (the information provided to us was incorrect), we will correct the design for you at a reduced cost to cover materials, shipping, and design time.

What if I need to change the shipping address?

We accept address changes within 1 business day of purchase if no proof is requested, or up to when you approve the design for printing (if you requested a proof). Address change requests outside of these times will be handled as best we can, but we cannot guarantee delivery to the new address and will not be liable for replacement or refund of said order.

***Please note that we manually update addresses on an affiliate website, but new addresses do not automatically update in Etsy's system. Therefore, if a customer chooses to update their address, the original will still appear on Etsy's shipping receipt.

What if my item was shipped to the wrong address?

If this is our mistake (see FAQ, above), we will reship your order if it is returned to us or make and ship a new item to you at no cost. If this is your mistake, we can reship the item to you for the cost of shipping or we can remake and ship a new design to you at a reduced rate to cover materials and shipping.

What if my item is lost in the mail?

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time following our expected delivery date for your order, we will consider the order lost and replace it at no cost to you. If your item's tracking information says “delivered,” and you did not receive the package, please wait 2-3 business days, as sometimes orders show up after they are considered “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If you do not ultimately receive your package labeled “delivered,” please let us know and we will replace it for you.

Will you call the shipping provider for me?

Not at this time. We are a small business and spend all of our time creating designs, fulfilling orders, and replying to customer messages.

Can I see a proof before I make a purchase?

Not at this time. We are a small business and give priority to our current customers to ensure they have a great experience shopping with us.

Why haven't I received a response to my message?

A lack of a response from us does not mean your order isn’t being monitored. We understand how important it is to get you timely information about your order and we strive to answer messages within 24 hours.

During busy seasons, however, it can take us up to 1-2 business days to respond to a message. If you don’t hear back from us within 2 business days of sending us a message, please resend it as we may not have received it or seen it.

Can you communicate through email?

We initially send proofs via Etsy Message, even when proof by email is requested.

What are your business hours?

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CST. Excludes United States Post Office holidays.
