Shipping
IMPORTANT:
Please note that standard shipping parcels sent to the Australia, Canada, Austria and Norway are trackable only in Ukraine.
Please contact me if you need shipping estimates for other countries.
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Once the order is shipped I cannot change the shipping address. All the wrong address issue expenses are the customer's responsibility.
Return and exchange
Regarding my shop policy, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
The return/exchange fee for my shop is 20USD. This fee is required to cover the shipping fees and some processing expenses.
I do not take responsibility for third-party services and do not pay for resizing in the third-party services. Item cannot be exchanged if it is damaged or altered.
In the case of a refund. The refund is issued as soon as the item is delivered to WRS.
The buyer is responsible for the return taxes(if the item priced over 100 USD, the tax is calculated as approximately 30% of the item's price).
Customs and import taxes
The buyers are responsible for the custom and import taxes. The items which were refused because of the custom and import taxes are non-refundable.
How to care for silver jewelry
1) Dry silver - lucky silver;
Pure water alone does not damage silver, but most of the water is not cleared and the chemicals and pollutants in its composition can make the silver tarnish and blacken.
2) Cream is not for rings
Chemicals in lotions and perfumes can also damage your jewelry.
Apply them first, let them dry and then put on your jewelry to preserve the shine of your silver.
3) Take off jewelry in time
It is optimal to remove jewelry while swimming, bathing, doing sports, cooking or cleaning.
4) Proper storage
Do not leave it lying on a nightstand or in an open box. It is best to store your silver in a sealed box with sections.
5) Jewelry care
Rub it occasionally with a special silver jewelry care napkin.
